Eyewitness NewsSAN FRANCISCO (WABC) -- A man who performed sorts of medical procedures, including liposuction, is under arrest in San Francisco because authorities say he is not actually a doctor. Carlos Guzman is accused of performing invasive medical procedures and luring women into his office with bargain prices.
He was also rather unconventional. Officials say in one instance, Guzman performed liposuction while smoking a cigar.
If convicted, Guzman could be sentenced to 12 years in prison.---
