Westchester County is warning residents to take recycling laws seriously. 
Eyewitness NewsLONDON (WABC) -- A group of British scientists has discovered a way to recycle 100 percent of all plastic waste. That's big news considering that, according to the EPA, only 7 percent of the plastic waste created in 2009 was recovered for recycling.
Currently, only certain kinds of plastics can be recycled.
