Lila Corn, Eyewitness NewsBIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WABC) -- There's an amazing survival story about a dog after the Alabama tornadoes. The storm picked up Mason and blew him away, and his owners had just about given up on him.
But Monday, they found him waiting on their porch.
He'd crawled home on two broken legs.After hours of donated surgery, two plates, and 18 screws, Mason is getting around on two splints, and his owners are eager to have him back home.
