Stroller recall over strangulation concerns

  Eyewitness NewsNEW YORK (WABC) -- Thousands of strollers that could cause strangulation are now being recalled.

The voluntary recall includes four "Zooper" model strollers, made between 2009 and 2010.

The Consumer Product Safety Commission warns an unharnessed child could slide between the seat and a snack tray; becoming entrapped at the head or neck.

Adderall XR shortage concerns

  John Antalek, Eyewitness NewsNEW YORK (WABC) -- There's growing concern about a nationwide shortage of the generic form of Adderall.

Adderall XR is used to treat Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder in both children and adults.

Patients are now scrambling to find pharmacies that still have supplies.

Doctors who treat ADHD say, if patients run out of Adderall XR, there are other options.

Experts recommend checking pharmacy supplies online or with their doctor who may suggest another medication.
